PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all
information that «Ran Tur Travel Agency» LLC (TIN: 1701153851)may obtain about a data
subject – a client of the travel agency (hereinafter – the Client) – during the
use of the website, when booking tours and ordering related services.
1.2. This Policy has been developed in compliance with the requirements of
the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" (No.
902-IVQ dated May 11, 2010) and is a publicly available document.
1.3. By filling out an application on the website, providing contact
information by phone or through messengers, the Client expresses their consent
to the terms of this Policy.
2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES
2.1. The Operator processes the following personal data of the Client:

Surname, first name, patronymic;
·
Date of birth
and citizenship;
·
Passport details
(series, number, issued by and when);
·
Contact phone number;
·
Email address;
·
Data for
insurance policy issuance (if necessary);
·
Special requests
related to health or dietary requirements (only with the explicit consent of
the Client).
2.2. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Booking tours,
air tickets, hotels, transfers and insurance;
·
Processing visa support;
·
Operational
communication with the Client regarding travel arrangements (sending vouchers,
reminders, clarifying details);
·
Informing about
special offers and promotions (only with separate consent of the Client for
newsletters);
·
Fulfillment of
the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and internal
document flow.
3. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
3.1. The Client, as a data subject, has the following rights provided for
in Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On
Personal Data" (No. 902-IVQ) :
3.1.1. Right of access – to demand from the Operator
confirmation of the fact of processing of their data and provision of their
full list.
3.1.2. Right to rectification – to demand correction of
incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
3.1.3. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") –
to demand the destruction of their data if it is processed in violation of the
law or has lost its necessity for the stated purposes.
3.1.4. Right to restriction of processing – to demand
suspension of processing of their data in cases provided for by law.
3.1.5. Right to object – to object to the processing of
data for marketing and direct advertising purposes.
3.1.6. Right to withdraw consent – to withdraw their
consent to the processing of data at any time by sending a written notice to
the Operator.
3.2. To exercise any of the above rights, the Client may send a written

3.3. All requests are reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from
the date of receipt.
4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. To fulfill obligations to the Client, the Operator has the right to
transfer the Client's personal data to third parties (partners), namely:

Tour operators
(for arranging package tours);
·
Airlines (for booking tickets);
·
Hotels and
receiving companies (for accommodation and meeting);
·
Insurance
companies (for issuing policies).
4.2. The transfer is carried out exclusively to the minimum extent
necessary and only for the execution of a specific Client's order.
4.3. The Operator does not transfer data to third parties for their own
marketing purposes and does not sell the Client database.
5. DATA RETENTION PERIODS
5.1. The Client's personal data is stored by the Operator in electronic
and/or paper form.
5.2. The retention period is determined by the purposes of processing,
but does not exceed 3 (three)
years from the date of termination of the contract with the Client
(the date of completion of the trip), unless otherwise provided by the
requirements of tax or accounting legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
5.3. Upon expiration of the retention period or upon receipt of a justified
request from the Client, the data is permanently destroyed.
6. DATA PROTECTION MEASURES
6.1. The Operator takes all necessary organizational and technical measures
to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification,
copying or distribution, including:

Restricting the
circle of employees who have access to personal data;
·
Use of certified
security means when transmitting data over the internet;
·
Regular updating
of antivirus software and security systems.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. This Policy is valid indefinitely until a new edition is adopted.
8.2. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Policy. The new
edition comes into force from the moment it is published on the Operator's
website (or from the moment Clients are notified).
